Requesting a change
Use the form on the relevant dealer page to suggest an edit, claim the business, report incorrect information, or report a closure. Include enough detail for independent verification.
Verification
Submissions do not change a listing automatically. RigRoute may verify requests through public records, the business website, telephone contact, domain-based email, source datasets, or other reasonable evidence. Claim approval does not transfer ownership of trademarks or create an endorsement.
Removal requests
RigRoute may retain truthful public business facts even when removal is requested, but will evaluate privacy, safety, closure, duplication, legal, and licensing concerns. Personal contact information that is not intended as a public business contact will be removed when verified.
Sponsored listings
Any paid placement will be clearly labeled “Sponsored” or “Advertisement.” Payment will not silently alter ordinary relevance or verification labels.
Urgent requests
For impersonation, safety, privacy, or legal concerns, use the contact page and explain the urgency.
