Information we collect

RigRoute records anonymous directory activity such as searches, filters, result counts, dealer-page views, and clicks on phone, website, or map actions. We do not intentionally store visitor IP addresses or exact coordinates used for near-me searches in analytics.

When you submit a correction, claim, removal request, or contact message, we collect the name, email address, and information you provide so the request can be reviewed and answered.

Cookies and Google Analytics

RigRoute does not set any cookies for ordinary browsing. If you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit, we load Google Analytics to see which pages help visitors find dealers, and which actions they take -- such as calling a dealer, visiting a dealer's website, or getting directions; declining or ignoring the banner means nothing loads and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice anytime using "Cookie settings" in the footer. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles that data.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the directory, improve search results, verify business records, prevent abuse, respond to submissions, and maintain security. We do not sell personal contact information.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, database, email-delivery, analytics-security, and bot-protection providers may process limited information on RigRoute's behalf. Detailed anonymous analytics are intended to be retained for a limited period and converted into aggregate reports. Submission records are retained as needed for verification, disputes, and site administration.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of personal information you submitted through the contact page. Business listing requests are handled under the correction and removal policy.
